Digital Campaign Manager

Abbotsford, Victoria, AustraliaDigital Marketing

Job description

Role Purpose

Bolster is looking for a champion Digital Campaign Manager to work alongside our team of deep, solutions-based digital media performance specialists undertaking planning, implementing, and analysing digital campaigns.

Our Campaign Managers are a key part of the Media Team, helping to service our top-tier clients as well as mentoring a Campaign Coordinator/Assistant. They are integral to the success of the client's campaign and are the knowledge base for all digital performance and consumer marketing between the client and Bolster. Their goal is to meet both internal Bolster and client KPIs, making sure the relationship is productive, healthy and efficient. Tasks may involve digital campaign implementation, reporting, client management and media planning.

OK, I’m sold - but what even is a Bolster?

We’re a digital marketing and culture agency first and foremost - but we’re also a culmination of a love of music and entertainment, and a curious passion for data and tech.

That love for music and entertainment underpins everything we do and is the reason we’re here. It’s probably the reason you might apply for this job, too!

We began in 2015 as the digital plug-in for Australia’s entertainment industry, offering new ad-tech solutions to an industry whose idea of marketing at the time was slapping a street poster on a wall and sending out some #thoughtsandprayers.

With its specialism in music, events and entertainment, in a short space of time, Bolster Group has become a strategic digital, creative and product partner to many amazing brands, artists and events such as Splendour In The Grass, Bluesfest, Falls, Laneway Festival, Billie Eilish, Elton John, CMC Rocks, The Strokes, Lorde, Gorillaz.
